HANOI: City Centre Information + Booking Office  Rainbow Divers have joined forces with Max Hart from The Kangaroo Café in Hanoi to offer Divers + Students an information base and booking office.The Kangaroo Café has been advising Tourists and arranging quality tours for them since 1994. Max and his team have a great reputation; so much so, that a lot of ‘fake’ Kangaroo Cafes or Wild Kangaroo Cafes are set up all over Hanoi. To avoid being ripped off, make sure that you only use the original and best located at: The Kangaroo Café 18 Bao Khanh St (Just around the corner from the ANZ bank & about 70 Metres up the street from Hoan Kiem lake) So if you’re starting your Vietnam trip in the North, make sure you visit Max and his team to book your trips to Halong Bay, Cat Ba Island, Sapa and anywhere else which takes your fancy! If you’re thinking of Diving, Snorkeling or taking a PADI Diving Course whilst in Vietnam, your options are: Hoi An, Whale Island, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc Basic information can be obtained from The Kangaroo Café and to ensure your place on one of our Dive Boats, you can pay a small deposit. If you’re looking to take a PADI Course, you can collect your manuals from here and start reading before arriving at our Dive Centre. HOI AN This is a beautiful French-Colonial style City South of Da Nang, world famous for its Tailoring & Fabric Industry. Rainbow Divers introduced PADI and Recreational Diving to Hoi An in 2004. 2 dive boat trips and all PADI Courses are offered daily. PADI Master Instructor Georges Erhard manages the 5 Star Dive Centre along with his International team of Instructors, Divemasters and Diveguides. WHALE ISLAND This is a remote Eco-Friendly resort located just North of Nha Trang. It’s totally secluded (not a road or motorbike in sight!) and offers bamboo bungalows on the beach. The resort is owned and run by a French-Vietnamese Family. Rainbow Divers established its PADI 5 Star & National Geographic Divecentre here in early 2002. PADI IDC Staff Instructor Alex Portier manages the diving & training here and is supported by a multilingual team of Instructors and Divemasters. NHA TRANG The Diving Capital of Vietnam! This is where diving Pioneer Jeremy Stein 1st introduced PADI and Recreational diving into Vietnam in the mid 90’s.
